・The cancellation or modification of reservations

Cancellations or changes to your reservation must be made by contacting our representative during business hours at least 4 days before the scheduled date (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM) from the reservation date.

・Cancellation Fees

Up to 4 days prior: Free
Cancellation 3-2 days before: 50% of the tour fee
Cancellation on the previous day or on the day: 100% of the tour fee
No-show: 100% of the tour fee

・Disclaimer
In case of cancellation on the day of the reservation due to adverse weather conditions or disasters, no cancellation fee will be charged.
